We provide a BEMS (Buildign Energy Management System) service that optimally controls large facilities in large buildings to maintain a comfortable indoor environment and save energy.
It collects electricity/gas/water usage through multiple IoT devices and optimizes control of large-scale equipment such as air conditioners by linking with the existing automatic control PC.
It monitors indoor environmental data in real time to keep the room comfortable, and reduces unnecessary ventilation/cooling/heating energy through optimal control based on occupancy rate data.

It is capable of LED dimming control and provides real-time in-distribution fire monitoring service.
